All coverage is issued under the authority of WestNet N.A. or its affiliated companies and is underwritten by WestNet USA in Santa Barbara, California. This certificate is issued in compliance with and subject to the applicable provisions of the California Insurance Code - including provisions applicable to self-insured entities-and the relevant provisions of the Alberta Insurance Act and associated Self-Insurance Guidelines. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in accordance with the governing laws of the State of California and the Province of Alberta, with exclusive jurisdiction residing in the appropriate courts of Santa Barbara, California.

The issuer reserves all rights to amend or revoke this certificate as required by law and underwriting guidelines.
