Wondering about coverage? Our service is based on line-of-sight to our towers. Check the coverage map to see if your location is within range.
Email issues? Try logging in to mail.westnet.ca from a browser first. If webmail works but your mail app doesn't, the issue is likely in your client settings. See our email setup guide.
Speed concerns? Run a test at speedtest.westnet.ca and include the results when you contact us — it helps us diagnose faster.
